all who are in need, within available VNA
resources as provided by generous gifts from
the community, providing over $1 million in
un-reimbursed care each year

accepts Medicare,
Medi-Cal, private insurance and private
payments for most of VNA’s services |

|
cares for the
majority of the low-income Medi-Cal patients
in Monterey County |

|
has a staff of
more than 250 employees, and more than 720
physicians provide referrals or serve as
Medical Directors or Advisors |

|
is a local,
non-profit organization, governed by a
volunteer Board of Directors who serve
without compensation |

|
is state licensed and Medicare certified |
